Small baby steps are often more sustainable than giant leaps.
Just pick one or two things to work on with your health each week rather than a complete overhaul in one hit.
A few things you might want to choose to work on to start with:
1. Water intake.... 1L of water per 22kg of bodyweight.
2. Deep breathing.
3. Stretching.... how do you remember to stretch? Attach it to something you do everyday ie. When you brush your teeth, stretch your neck. You can also do this for added exercise... every time you wash your hands pump out 5 squats.
Just these 3 things can make a big difference to your general health and wellbeing.
