Apple Crumble Granola



Apple Crumble Granola... fresh out of the dehydrator this morning!


Dehydrating takes patience that's for sure, but the end results are a delicious and nutritious crunch πŸ˜‹


The recipe:


🍎🍎 Puree 4 small apples in a blender with one drop Cinnamon Essential Oil, stir through 1 cup quinoa flakes, 1 cup desiccated coconut, a drizzle of honey/maple syrup and a sprinkle of coconut sugar.


Spread on dehydrator tray keeping it in small clumps.


Dehydrate approx 22 hrs.
