Easy Queso Dip ➡️ Soak 1 cup cashew in hot water while roasting vege. Strain and rinse.

➡️ Blend: soaked cashews, roasted vege, with: 1/2 cup nutritional yeast 1 tbs Apple cider vinegar 2 tsp siracha sauce 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 hot chilli powder Salt and pepper About 3/4 cup water (add slowly to get the right consistency, you might use a little more or less).
