Easy Tips For Healthy Living

Healthy living to me is not just about what you eat, but also about your mindset, environment and physical health. Kind of like 4 legs holding the table up. Simplify healthy living and decrease the mental overload with these few tips that I practise everyday: πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ Get your exercise done first thing in the morning πŸ’§ Carry a water bottle everywhere (recommended daily consumption 1L per 22kg of body weight). Filter your water too. πŸ₯— Make your lunch and snacks the night before πŸ‰ Keep healthy snacks at your desk or in your bag (some gojiberries, nuts, bliss ball, dates) πŸ₯‘ Eat as much fruit and vegetables as you can β˜• Have a selection of herbal teas neatly organised to choose from ⏳ Select just one thing each day to declutter (cupboard, bench, corner) ⭐ Have a whiteboard on your fridge to declutter your mind with reminders or lists 🧹 DIY cleaning products and write the recipe on the spray bottle πŸ’ Apply essential oils (for moods, emotions pain, sleep and of course to smell pretty) πŸ§˜β€β™€οΈ Deep breathing everyday πŸ™ Give thanks... sometimes it's the little things, sometimes the big things 🌞 Get some sunlight and a natural dose of Vitamin D What would you add to the list?
