These melt in your mouth, smooth and fudgey balls won't last long!
10 medjool dates, pitted
1-2 tbs maple syrup
2 tbs cacao powder
Pinch Himalayan salt
1 cup roasted almond butter
2 tbs tahini
Extra cacao powder for rolling
1. In a good blender or food processor blend the dates, maple syrup, cacao powder, and salt until smooth.
2. Add the almond butter and tahini and blend or process until well combined.
3. Roll into balls and roll in the extra cacao powder. Place on a lined tray in the refrigerator for 2 hours before storing in an airtight container (if they make it that far!).
