CANCELLATION POLICY

• We kindly request 24 hours to cancel or change your booking. Full fee is payable for cancellations within 24 hours.

• Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment or failure to attend appointment will void voucher.

• Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment time will incur a 50% (of your booked service) cancellation fee. The amount will be deducted from your gift voucher value.

• Repeat cancellations will require a non-refundable payment up front to secure any future appointments.

• A booking fee is required to secure your appointment.

Private Health Rebates

​I am registered as a provider with all health funds except Medibank and HCF.

A receipt will be issued for claiming purposes.

Private Health rebates apply to Remedial Massage Therapy only.

​Please check with your health fund to confirm my therapist listing and your rebate level if relying on health fund rebates.

FAQ’s

I have a gift voucher, how do I use it?

If you have a gift voucher that covers the full amount of your treatment, please contact us with your preferred day/ time/treatment/voucher number, and we will book you in. You may wish to search for availability here first. Advance bookings are recommended to secure your appointment before voucher expiry date.

If your voucher does not cover the full amount, a deposit will be required. Please ensure you have received the order number from the recipient if it was an online gift voucher - this will be on their email. You will need this to redeem your voucher. Please bring along a printed copy to present at time of treatment.

What do I wear?

We keep you warm and cosy with our fresh towels and air conditioned room. Comfortable undies are a must! If breastfeeding you may wish to keep your bra on and we can just remove the straps whilst massaging.

I’m not feeling well, can I book an appointment?

Please DO NOT visit the clinic if you are unwell have any symptoms of cold/flu/illness including fever, cough, runny nose, & other symptoms. Massage is not a time for your body if you are ill or unwell and puts the therapist and others at risk.

Can I drop by in 15 minutes for a massage?

We are a very busy clinic! On the odd occasion we may be able to fit you in but DO NOT accept walk ins. Please call or message for last minute availability.

Advance appointments are recommended. Bookings are done in 3 month blocks for our VIP clients to secure preferred times.

I’m pregnant, what stages of pregnancy are suitable for massage?

If a current client you can continue your regular appointments as scheduled.

Most ladies will opt to wait until the 12 week mark for massage especially if experiencing morning/all day sickness.

You can continue right up until your due date for massage.

Please advise the therapist if you have any health conditions associated with pregnancy.
