G5 Massage Therapy
(mechanical lymphatic massage)
The G5 is a powerful mechanical massage device designed to reach far deeper than hands alone ever could. Unlike a traditional massage, it uses advanced vibrational and gyratory movements to deliver continuous, precise pressure throughout the body.
With multiple interchangeable heads, the G5 can replicate a range of techniques - from light, lymphatic-style strokes to firm, deep-tissue stimulation. Each attachment moves in circular, side-to-side, or vertical motions, creating a consistent and highly effective massage that works through the fat layer, muscles, and connective tissue.
G5 Massage Therapy helps to:
✔ Increase blood flow and oxygen to the tissues
✔ Stimulate lymphatic drainage for detox and fluid removal
✔ Break down fatty deposits and helps smooth the appearance of cellulite
✔ Tone and firm the skin through deep muscular stimulation
How it Works:
The G5 uses a powerful rotating motor that sends rhythmic vibrations through a range of interchangeable treatment heads. These vibrations generate centrifugal force, penetrating the skin and deeper tissue layers to create rapid, targeted movement that promotes:
✔ Softening and releasing of tight fascia
✔ Enhanced lymphatic drainage
✔ Boosted blood circulation
✔ Deep tissue stimulation to prepare the body for sculpting treatments
To really understand why the G5 is such a game-changer, it helps to look at the key body systems it works with.
This isn’t just a “massage” - it’s a form of mechanical vibration therapy that activates your body’s internal systems to work smarter and more efficiently.

“My legs feel amazing after Becky’s treatment. Feeling so much more relaxed and like my circulation has improved already!”
1️⃣ The Lymphatic System - Your Body’s Detox Pathway
Think of your lymphatic system as your internal cleansing network. It’s responsible for moving out toxins, waste, and excess fluid.
• Runs parallel to your circulatory system
• Made up of lymph nodes, vessels, and lymph fluid
• Has no pump (like the heart!) - it depends on movement and stimulation to flow
How G5 Supports It:
The rhythmic vibration and movement of the G5 stimulate lymph flow, helping to flush toxins, drain excess fluid, and reduce bloating and puffiness.
2️⃣ The Circulatory System - Blood Flow & Oxygen Delivery
This system delivers blood, oxygen, and nutrients throughout the body. Better circulation means:
• Faster healing and recovery
• Boosted fat metabolism
• Firmer, more toned skin
How G5 Supports It:
The G5’s deep, consistent pressure enhances blood flow to treated areas.
3️⃣ The Muscular System - Tone, Support & Recovery
Your muscles provide structure, stability, and mobility. They’re also key players in metabolism and fat burning.
• G5 easily reaches deep muscle layers
• Relieves tension, tightness, and knots
How G5 Supports It:
By activating and relaxing the muscles, G5 improves flexibility, supports recovery, and enhances the toning effects of muscle-stimulating treatments.
4️⃣ The Nervous & Sensory System - Body Awareness & Response
Every touch and vibration activates your sensory system, shaping how your body perceives and responds to treatment.
How G5 Supports It:
Starting with a light G5 massage helps calm the nervous system, allowing the body to relax and become more receptive to contouring and fat-reduction results.
🔄 Everything Works Together
When used correctly, the G5 doesn’t just massage - it activates the body on multiple levels to:
✔ Detoxify faster
✔ Boost fat metabolism
✔ Reduce fluid retention
✔ Accelerate recovery
✔ Enhance and extend treatment results
