Vouchers are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Please keep your voucher safe as they cannot be replaced if lost.

YOUR APPOINTMENT

Online Bookings

Please enter the order number in the Appointment Notes section.

Please PRINT and present your voucher at time of appointment or normal charges will apply.

New clients will need to arrive 10 minutes prior to appointment time to complete a client intake form.

Late arrivals will reduce the treatment time and the full scheduled treatment cost will still apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We kindly request 24 hours to cancel or change your booking.

Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment or failure to attend appointment will void the voucher.

Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment time will incur a 50% (of your booked service) cancellation fee.

The amount will be deducted from your gift voucher value.
