CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or change your booking.
Cancellation within 24 hours of appointment or failure to attend appointment will void the voucher.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment time will incur a 50% (of your booked service) cancellation fee.
The amount will be deducted from your gift voucher value.
